These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okebaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the okebaje website located at https://okebaje.net, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the okebaje platform, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules that may apply from time to time.

These Terms apply to all players accessing okebaje from Bangladesh and are written in English. All communications, notifications, and contractual documents between okebaje and you will be in English.

okebaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

The okebaje platform is intended solely for adult players. To be eligible to register and use the okebaje platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise using any part of the okebaje platform.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to hold a player account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement that would restrict your access to online gaming services.
• You must not be using the platform in any jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

okebaje reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of the player relationship. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh. Where okebaje has reasonable grounds to suspect a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending verification. If verification is not provided within 72 hours, the account will be closed and all funds may be held pending investigation.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant to okebaje that you are 18 years of age or older and that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. Any misrepresentation of age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of deposits.

To access the full range of okebaje services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the okebaje platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. okebaje employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account creation. Where multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any balances held pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okebaje account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. okebaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

As part of our commitment to a safe and secure platform, okebaje conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet registration, or bank statement)
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by okebaje's compliance team

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. okebaje reserves the right to limit account functionality, including restricting withdrawals and capping bet sizes, until verification is satisfactorily completed. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

You must promptly notify okebaje of any changes to your registration information by updating your account profile or contacting support at [email protected]. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

okebaje supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers through City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice.

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on the okebaje platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following financial limits apply to all player accounts unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: ৳500,000 per transaction (higher limits available on request subject to verification)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction
• Maximum withdrawal: ৳200,000 per day (higher limits available for verified VIP accounts)

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your okebaje account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to reflect. okebaje is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system downtime.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–24 hours for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to completed KYC verification and compliance checks. okebaje reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

okebaje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) may apply their own service charges, which are outside okebaje's control. Players are advised to review the fee schedules of their chosen payment provider before initiating transactions.

Any funds deposited to your okebaje account that remain unused for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, deducted directly from the dormant account balance. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, log in to your account and make at least one transaction within any 12-month period.

By placing a bet or participating in any casino game on the okebaje platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the money you wager. okebaje does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any bet or game. You accept sole responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made on your account.

All sports betting markets on okebaje, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, rugby, football, and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. In the event of a discrepancy between a general rule and a market-specific rule, the market-specific rule takes precedence.

The following conditions apply to all bets placed on the okebaje platform:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation due to connectivity issues are not guaranteed to be accepted.
• Minimum bet size is ৳50 per selection. Maximum bet sizes vary by market and are displayed within the betting interface.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional delays and price suspensions at okebaje's discretion during live sporting events.
• okebaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price (palpable error). In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets on events whose outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of when the bet was accepted by the system.
• Combination (accumulator) bets are subject to the rules of each individual selection. If any selection is void, the accumulator will be recalculated excluding the void leg.

All casino games on okebaje — including slots, live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, blackjack), and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi. okebaje does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available within each game's information panel.

okebaje reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or delay any market, game, or event at its sole discretion. Where a market is suspended after bets have been placed, affected bets will be settled according to the rules applicable at the time of suspension or, where appropriate, voided with stakes returned.

okebaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players in Bangladesh, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses during BPL and IPL seasons, and seasonal promotions aligned to Bangladesh's cultural calendar such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day (December 16). All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional credits awarded on the okebaje platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets. Bets placed with bonus funds do not count toward the withdrawal of the original bonus amount.
• okebaje reserves the right to set maximum withdrawal limits on winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonus credits. These limits will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• okebaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any modification will not affect bonus funds already credited to player accounts in good faith.

By opting into any okebaje promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to the specific terms of that promotion. If you are uncertain about the terms of any promotional offer, please contact support at [email protected] before opting in.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the okebaje platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and consent
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account management
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Attempting to access the platform through any automated means, including bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools not provided by okebaje
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event on which you have placed a bet via okebaje
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using payment methods that you are not legally authorised to use
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okebaje staff, agents, or other users of the platform
• Attempting to circumvent okebaje's responsible gaming controls, including self-exclusion arrangements
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage

okebaje employs dedicated fraud detection and security monitoring systems. Any suspicious activity on your account may trigger a security review, during which account functionality may be restricted pending investigation. We reserve the right to share information about confirmed fraudulent activity with relevant law enforcement agencies and other online gaming operators.

Either you or okebaje may close your player account at any time. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, okebaje will process the closure within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any pending transactions, outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses, and verification of your identity.

okebaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Receipt of a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider associated with your account
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or an authorised third party
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Where an account is closed by okebaje due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request or due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, the verified balance (excluding any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method within 10 business days.

Upon permanent account closure (whether voluntary or enforced), these Terms & Conditions will continue to apply to all prior transactions and any disputes arising from them. Sections relating to prohibited conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive account closure indefinitely.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okebaje's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okebaje shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if okebaje has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the okebaje platform. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to binding arbitration.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the okebaje service, please contact [email protected] in the first instance. okebaje aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 10 business days. If a complaint remains unresolved, further escalation options will be communicated to you in writing.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and okebaje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
